Thanks for putting on such a great
event, even though they were soggy, everyone said that they had a great
time and would love to do it again. A few of us also discussed holding
A Night on the Range Event as well. I made sure to check in with all of
the first time golfers and they all were really appreciative of the
mentors and would defiantly play again.

Thank you for creating such a
wonderful and non-threatening way for me to learn more about golf. I
really enjoyed the round of golf and found the after-game talk very
informative. My company had a golf outing yesterday - and while I can't
say that I played anywhere near the level I would like, I felt far more
confident on the course.

I would like to get in the habit
of including your program in the tournaments AP helps organize as well.
There are so many potential golfers out there and now that I personally
got a taste of the program-I am your biggest fan!

"On behalf of Tucson CREW
(Commercial Real Estate Women), and personally, I want to congratulate
you on the outstanding golf function you organized for our group. To
take a group of 25 green golfers, give them encouragement and
instruction in how to get out on the course in a business or social
environment armed with the do’s and don’ts, have a good time, establish
some business relationships and get invited back again, is quite an
accomplishment. And then to actually take them out on the course and
have them playing, having fun, observing golf etiquette and even making
some shots, is nothing short of remarkable!"
~Kathleen Wilke, VP, GMAC Commercial Mortgage

I am at it!

2 Day Golf School
According to an attitudinal study by Starwood Hotels and Resorts
Worldwide, Inc. conducted in April 2002 entitled, "From the Boardroom
To The Back Nine: The Importance of Golf In Business"
-
50% of the respondents identified
a “round of golf” as the most valuable activity to get to know business
associates and clients well. "A business lunch or dinner" is a distant
second at 34%.
-
Besides acknowledging the social
aspects of golf, executives in this survey also claim that golf is the
best arena for the creation of business deals. Golfing with a business
associate or client is a good way "to establish a closer relationship"
(97%).
-
58% of executives say the way a
person plays golf is very similar to the way he or she conducts
business.

A workshop series geared to professionals,
whether new to the game or avid players, who want to effectively
leverage golf for business. Each of the six 2-1/2 hour workshops
contains three segments: classroom time, golf instruction at a 4:1
ratio, and on-course play. The classroom curriculum is packed with
information to demystify the business golf environment and experience.
The golf instruction addresses all the fundamentals. An instructor
accompanies each foursome during the on-course play, which allows each
participant to put into action what he or she has learned. Participants
can attend the entire series or individual workshops.

"I am so excited about the
business golf series that I can't wait to start playing with the
knowledge that I have learned. I am basically a "shy" person and one
who does enjoy being the center of attention, but I cannot express how
much more confident I feel since starting the series. THANK YOU DEBBIE!
Now I just need to play, play and play."
