| Cost: |
$475 per individual team player. Checks payable
to Golf for Cause, LLC |
| Format: |
Each team has four players. Each week, two players
from every team play nine holes with two players from another
team. Competition is two-person net best ball (not a scramble). |
| Awards: |
Contests every week, including a 50-50 raffle
- raising money for great causes. Overall awards ceremony
on August 14th following the golf outing. |
| Subs: |
Teams may use a substitute golfer. Subs must
provide Handicap Index or typical score for 9 holes. Subs
pay a one-time registration fee of $100 and are included in
the final league outing and Awards Dinner on August 14th. |
